A simple option for a family dinner with products that are almost always in the refrigerator. Boil the potatoes, cut them, insert slices of ham and cheese into the cuts and send them to the oven. It turns out an excellent result: golden baked potatoes, and inside - melted cheese and fragrant ham.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Instead of ham, you can use smoked sausage, sausages or boiled meat.
  2. Peel potatoes and wash. Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
  3. Put a pot of potatoes on the fire, bring water to a boil and add salt. Make a small fire and boil the potatoes for 15 minutes, slightly not bringing to full readiness.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the cheese and ham into small pieces the size of the potatoes. I cut the cheese into rectangles, and cut the ham slices in half, then folded them in half again.
  5. Turn on the oven, let it warm up to 180 degrees.
  6. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
  7. Remove potatoes from water and cool. Then cut the potatoes lengthwise, but not all the way so that the halves do not separate from each other. Carefully insert pieces of cheese and ham into the slits.
  8. Put the potatoes in the mold. Sprinkle with pepper mixture.
  9. Bake potatoes with cheese and ham in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes - the cheese will melt and the potatoes will turn golden.
  10. Transfer the finished hot potatoes with ham and cheese to a plate on a "cushion" of lettuce or greens.
  11. Top the dish with finely chopped fresh dill and green onions.
  12. Serve hot baked potatoes with ham and cheese.
  13. Everyone will love this dish!
