Potato patties with zucchini are one of the options for a delicious snack. We will prepare such pies on the basis of potato dough. But the main role here is still played by the filling - fried zucchini with onions in addition to melted cheese. Such pies are good with tea, and they will also be very tasty with soup or broth.

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash and chop as desired. Place in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer potatoes until tender, about 25-30 minutes. Then drain the water.
  2. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher. Cool the potatoes a little.
  3. Transfer the puree to a bowl. Beat the egg, add sour cream, salt and ground pepper to taste.
  4. Gradually sprinkle flour into a bowl.
  5. Knead soft potato dough. Let the dough rest a bit while we prepare the filling.
  6. Wash and dry the zucchini.
  7. Grate the zucchini on a medium grater, you can immediately into a bowl. Salt and leave for 10 minutes.
  8. After a while, squeeze the zucchini well and drain the juice that has stood out.
  9. Grate melted cheese on a medium grater.
  10. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes.
  11. Heat the pan, pour in a little oil (about 1 tablespoon). Add the onion and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  12. Add the zucchini to the pan, fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring, until the zucchini is soft.
  13. Add melted cheese and spices to the pan: salt, ground pepper, garlic and oregano.
  14. Mix the ingredients and leave on the stove for 1-2 minutes. Everything, the filling is ready.
  15. Divide potato dough into small pieces.
  16. Roll each piece of dough into a thin flat cake.
  17. Put a generous spoonful of zucchini filling on the edge of the cake.
  18. Close the filling with the second half of the dough and pinch the edges.
  19. Excess uneven edges of the dough can be trimmed with a knife.
  20. Do the same with the rest of the dough and filling.
  21. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay out the pies. Fry the pies for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  22. Potato pies with zucchini are ready, you can serve it to the table - it will be even tastier with sour cream.
