A surprisingly simple and delicious recipe for potato sticks with cheese! I cook this very often. Perfect both as a side dish and as an appetizer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. And it's easy to prepare.
  2. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (20-25 minutes). Mash potatoes into puree. Taste for salt and add a little if needed.
  3. Add vegetable oil, sour cream, garlic squeezed through a press, ground black pepper and flour.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Here, in the still hot potatoes, rub the cheese on a fine grater. We mix.
  6. Let the puree cool down a bit.
  7. Then add the egg and mix.
  8. Transfer the potato mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a round tip.
  9. Turn on the oven and heat up to 200 degrees.
  10. We plant potato sticks on a prepared baking sheet covered with baking paper (we have it covered with siliconized parchment). If using regular baking paper, grease it with oil (a mixture of vegetable and butter) and, if desired, dust with flour.
  11. Lightly coat the potato sticks with vegetable oil.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for minutes 7. Focus on your oven, we need a golden crust.
  13. Bon appetit!
