Dishes made from potatoes and mushrooms are very tasty and popular. We offer you a recipe for a very tasty potato stuffed with mushrooms.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash a kilo of potatoes well, pour cold water over it, cover with a lid, bring to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and cook over low heat until tender.
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the mushroom filling. We wipe 400 grams of champignons with a damp cloth and cut into cubes with a side of about 1 centimeter.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan with a thick bottom and lay the prepared mushrooms. Saute mushrooms until half cooked, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add 150 milliliters of cream, bring to a boil, salt with 1 teaspoon of salt and simmer over low heat until tender. (You can make the filling without cream by simply sautéing the mushrooms until tender, such as with onions.)
  5. We peel the boiled potatoes in their skins. On one side of the potato, cut off a thin layer, and on the other, cut out a recess, giving the potato the shape of a cup with a flat bottom.
  6. We spread the prepared potatoes on a baking sheet, greased with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add and pepper.
  7. Fill potatoes with mushroom filling.
  8. We bake potatoes stuffed with mushrooms in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  9. We take out the finished stuffed potatoes with mushrooms from the oven.
  10. Potatoes stuffed with mushrooms are served to the table as an independent dish, as a hot appetizer or as a side dish for fish.
