  2. Peel the onion, wash and dry. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, put the onion and fry, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Then add the peas to the pan and fry, stirring, for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  5. Cut potatoes in half.
  6. Using a teaspoon, remove the center from the potato.
  7. Mash the extracted potato pulp into a puree.
  8. Add fried onion with peas and paprika to potatoes.
  9. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater, add to potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
  10. Stuff the potatoes with the prepared stuffing and place in a baking dish or a baking sheet lined with foil.
  11. Bake potatoes with filling at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  12. Potato stuffed with green peas and cheese is ready.
  13. The finished dish can be served with any sauce.
