This is just a chic version of a delicious snack or just pastries for tea - puff pastries with broccoli and cheese.

  1. Rinse and dry the broccoli, disassemble into inflorescences, then put in a bowl of a kitchen blender.
  2. Grind broccoli on medium speed until fine crumbs.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Heat the pan well and grease with oil, put the broccoli and onions. Saute vegetables for 3 minutes. Then cover the pan with a lid and simmer the broccoli for another 7-8 minutes over low heat.
  6. Now add salt, pepper, sour cream and cheese.
  7. Mix all ingredients well and heat for 2 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
  9. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out round blanks using a glass or a special cutting.
  10. Place a little broccoli filling on the edge of the dough piece.
  11. Form small pies - the edges of the pies can be closed with a fork, so it will also turn out beautifully.
  12. Break the egg.
  13. Line a baking sheet with foil or grease with vegetable oil.
  14. Place the pastry pieces on a baking sheet and brush with egg.
  15. Bake puffs for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
