Puff pastry burger with chicken

Chicken burger can be prepared very simply and quickly if you use ready-made puff pastry. The result will please you.

  1. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan. Lay out the cooked chicken pieces. Fry for 4-5 minutes over medium heat, stirring. Salt, pepper.
  2. Sprinkle the table with flour, lay out the puff pastry. Dust it on top with flour as well. Cut out a circle from the dough with a cup about 8 cm in diameter.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with foil, grease with vegetable oil. Put a circle of dough on the foil, place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
  4. Cheese cut into thin slices.
  5. Wash the parsley, chop
  6. Remove the finished puff pastry from the oven.
  7. Cut the burger bun in half.
  8. Brush both halves with ketchup.
  9. Arrange the chicken on the bottom of the bun.
  10. Spread cheese over chicken.
  11. Put a tomato on the cheese, sprinkle with parsley.
  12. Cover the chicken, cheese and tomato burger with the second half of the puff bun.
