It doesn't take long to bake hearty and delicious puff pastry rolls with bean filling. The dough is used ready-made - puff, and we will take canned beans in tomato sauce. Rolls are obtained with a delicious crispy crust and a hearty filling of mashed beans, onions fried with carrots and greens.

  1. We throw the canned beans into a colander so that all the sauce drains.
  2. I got 100 ml of sauce.
  3. Pour the collected sauce (100 ml) into the pan, add the tomato sauce.
  4. Stir and bring to a boil. After that, remove from the fire.
  5. Peel onions and carrots and cut into small cubes.
  6. In another pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onions and carrots over low heat until soft and golden, about 7-10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the beans to a bowl.
  8. Grind the beans into a puree with an immersion blender or potato masher.
  9. Add the fried onions and carrots to the beans.
  10. Finely chop the green onion and also add to the beans. A little onion can be left to decorate the finished dish.
  11. Finely chop the parsley and add to the bowl with beans.
  12. We also add breadcrumbs, paprika, ground black pepper and soy sauce. We mix.
  13. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180-190 degrees.
  14. I had 2 rectangular sheets of dough. If the dough is one large sheet, cut it into 2 parts.
  15. Roll out the dough sheet to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
  16. Grease the dough along the middle with half of the prepared tomato sauce
  17. We spread 1/2 part of the filling on the tomato sauce, forming a sausage.
  18. We roll the dough with the filling into a tight roll.
  19. This is how the roll turns out. In the same way, we form the second roll from the remaining dough and filling.
  20. Cut the rolls into pieces about 6 cm long.
  21. On each roll with a knife we ​​make oblique cuts.
  22. Lay the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  23. Break the egg into a bowl, shake lightly with a fork or whisk, grease the rolls.
  24. We bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until browned.
  25. Puff pastry rolls with beans are ready. Sprinkle the rolls with the remaining green onions and serve.
