  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. It is better to keep the cream in the refrigerator before preparing the mushroom sauce.
  3. Peel, wash and finely chop the onion. Divide the chopped onion in two.
  4. Add the egg, one part of the onion, salt and freshly ground pepper to the minced meat.
  5. Stir the mince and add water.
  6. Mix until smooth. The minced meat filling should be quite liquid in consistency.
  7. Roll out the dough into a layer about 35x25 cm in size and 5 mm thick.
  8. Spread the minced meat on the dough and spread evenly.
  9. Roll the roll tightly with minced meat and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees shortly before the end of the roll cooling.
  11. Cut the chilled roll into slices 4-5 cm thick.
  12. Lay the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  13. Shake the egg. On top of the puff pastry rolls with minced chicken, grease with a loose egg.
  14. Bake rolls in the oven at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  15. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp kitchen towel and cut into quarters.
  16. Put mushrooms and onions in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Saute for 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
  17. Add starch to cold cream, mix until smooth.
  18. Pour the creamy starch mixture into the pan with the mushrooms and onions.
  19. Heat creamy mushroom sauce for 2-3 minutes, until thickened.
  20. Serve the dish in portions, putting a roll with minced chicken on a plate and pouring sauce over it.
