  7. Wash the tomatoes and wipe dry. Remove the stalk and green core, as well as the seeds with the liquid surrounding them.
  8. Cut the tomato into slices.
  9. Lay the tomato slices in a row one on the edge of the dough, stepping back a little from the edge.
  10. Cover the free part of the dough with dill mayonnaise. Smooth out.
  11. grate the sausage on a coarse grater and spread evenly on a layer of mayonnaise with dill.
  12. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and put it on the sausage in an even layer.
  13. Gently roll up the roll - roll the dough in the direction of the edge lined with tomato slices. Pinch the seam.
