It turns out just incredible! Tender pumpkin pulp and crispy bacon on top.
Ingredients
Directions
Prepare all items on the list.
Immediately turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Clean the pumpkin, wash and cut. I cut it into 4 large pieces, you can cut into smaller pieces (refer to the number of bacon slices).
Sprinkle the pumpkin pieces generously on both sides with seasonings (dried thyme, paprika, dried garlic and onions, salt and ground pepper).
Then wrap each piece of pumpkin with boiled-smoked bacon.
Line a baking sheet or baking dish with foil and place the pumpkin there.
Send the pumpkin in bacon to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked (if the pumpkin is easily pierced with a wooden skewer, then it is ready).
Transfer the finished pumpkin baked in bacon to a plate and serve with sour cream or any other sauce
