  6. After the water has drained, dry the pumpkin straw with a paper or clean cloth towel.
  7. Sprinkle dried pumpkin straws with starch and mix.

  9. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  10. Arrange pumpkin sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the pumpkin evenly with salt, paprika, and granulated garlic.
  11. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the pumpkin with spices at a temperature of 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  12. Remove the finished pumpkin sticks from the baking sheet and serve.
  13. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
