  1. Cucumber and cheese separately rub on a coarse grater.
  2. Squeeze the cucumber slightly from excess liquid. Add mayonnaise to cucumber.
  3. We mix. You can add a little salt to taste.
  4. Break the egg into a bowl, add milk, dried herbs, black pepper and salt.
  5. Whisk eggs and milk with a whisk or fork.
  6. We heat the pan with vegetable oil (the diameter of the bottom of the pan should be the same as the diameter of the tortilla). Pour the omelet mixture into the pan.
  7. Immediately spread the tortilla on top of the omelet.
  8. After 30 seconds, flip the omelet with tortilla. Reduce fire to slow.
  9. Sprinkle the omelet with grated cheese.
  10. Spread cucumber with mayonnaise on half of the quesalilla.
  11. Fold the quesadilla in half, covering the cucumber filling with the free part of the tortilla. Fry the quesadilla with scrambled eggs, fresh cucumber and cheese for about 1 minute on each side.
  12. Ready quesadilla with scrambled eggs, cucumber and cheese cut across in half.
  13. We serve quesadillas for breakfast.
