A very quick recipe for making a delicious pita bread. The cake turns out equally tasty when cooked both in a pan and in a slow cooker or oven. Even a novice cook can cook this dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. On a coarse grater, grate cheese and cheese.
  2. Cut the dill and add to the cheese.
  3. In a separate container, mix the egg and 100-150 ml of kefir.
  4. Pour into the cheese and stir gently until smooth.
  5. You can cook in a pan, and in the oven, and in a slow cooker (I cooked in a slow cooker). Grease the bottom of the mold with butter.
  6. Cut the lavash leaf in half. Let's place it crosswise.
  7. Spread half of the filling on top.
  8. Cut the remaining pita bread into long strips.
  9. Soak them in kefir and make a layer on top of the first layer of the pie.
  10. Distribute the second half of the filling.
  11. Lubricate the edges of the pita bread with kefir and close the pie. In the slow cooker, cook in the "Baking" mode for 15 minutes. In a frying pan over medium heat for 15 minutes. In the oven - at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  12. Turn the finished pita pie with cheese on a plate and serve. Bon appetit.
