  1. Cut the boiled meat into pieces.
  2. Skip the boiled meat through a meat grinder.
  3. Peel, wash and chop the onion.
  4. Heat up a frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Put the onion into the hot oil. Fry the onion until golden brown, stirring occasionally, over medium heat (2-3 minutes).
  5. Add meat, fry for 2-3 minutes. Salt, pepper, mix. The filling is ready.
  6. Spread a sheet of pita bread, grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Put 1/3 of the filling, spread over the entire surface of the pita bread. Roll into a flat roll.
  7. Cut the lavash roll with filling into 4-5 equal parts.
  8. Whisk the eggs. Dip prepared pita rolls into beaten eggs.
  9. Heat up a frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Put prepared pita bread with meat into hot oil.
  10. Fry lazy lavash pies-rolls over medium heat on both sides, until golden.
  11. Quick lavash pies with meat are ready.
