Rolls with mushrooms

Chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese, fried in a pan. Cooking will not take you much time, but a delicious dish will bring a lot of pleasure!

  1. Carefully separate the chicken meat from the bones to make a whole layer. Salt, pepper, add seasonings.
  2. Cut mushrooms. Put on a layer of chicken meat on one side.
  3. Put a thin slice of cheese on the mushrooms.
  4. Gently roll chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese. Tie with a thread (without fanaticism - the threads will then need to be quickly removed).
  5. Put the chicken rolls in a heated pan with oil. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Cover and fry for 13-15 minutes.
  6. A minute before readiness, cover the chicken rolls with slices of cheese, sprinkle with parsley. Cover the pan with a lid again. When the cheese is melted, the rolls are ready.
  7. Put the finished rolls on a plate and quickly, until the cheese has frozen, remove the threads.
  8. Chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese can be eaten hot, or you can let it cool and cut like a sausage.
