For lovers of sandwiches, pizza and similar hot snacks, we offer to cook such sandwiches. Thanks to the tomato paste and dried oregano, the taste of these sandwiches resembles the taste of pizza. A fairly simple but original dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brush two slices of bread with a thin layer of tomato paste.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and divide into four equal parts. Sprinkle each buttered slice of bread with one piece of cheese.
  3. Cut the sausage into thin circles and put on top of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the sausage with the remaining cheese.
  5. Brush the other two slices of bread with the tomato paste and place the greased side over the cheese, pressing down.
  6. Lightly brush the tops and bottoms of the sandwiches with the remaining tomato paste.
  7. Break the egg into a wide bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth.
  8. Dip the sandwiches on all sides in the egg.
  9. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Lay out the sandwiches and fry them on each side for about 2-3 minutes.
  10. Put the finished sandwiches on a plate, cut them diagonally and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  11. Bon appetit.
