Sausages baked with cheese

For lovers of simple, quick and hearty dishes, I suggest cooking sausages that are baked in the oven with cheese. You can serve such sausages baked with cheese with any side dish.

Ingredients

• Sausages - 6 pieces
• Hard cheese - 50 g
• Ground black pepper - to taste
• Fresh dill - 2 sprigs
• Salt - to taste

Directions

1. We clean the sausages from the film, and then put them to cook. Salt the water a little.
2. Wash and dry the fresh dill, then chop it.
3. We rub the cheese on a grater.
4. We cool the finished boiled sausages a little, make a longitudinal incision on them.
5. Stuff sausages with grated cheese.
6. Sprinkle sausages with cheese with black pepper to taste and place in the oven for baking (it is advisable to cover the baking sheet with parchment or foil).
7. We bake sausages with cheese for about 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. The cheese should melt.
8. Sprinkle the baked sausages with fresh dill.
9. Sausages baked with cheese can be served.
