An excellent recipe for lovers of sausages in dough - sausages in batter. Such a simple and tasty dish really looks a bit like sausages in dough, only it is much easier to prepare. Crispy ruddy crust on the outside, and tender sausages inside. A very good option for beer sausages. Easy and very budget friendly!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and beat with a fork until smooth.
  2. Clean sausages from the factory casing.
  3. Dip sausages in egg mixture.
  4. Roll sausages in flour. Then repeat the procedure again: dip the sausages again in the egg, and then in the flour.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. If desired, the fried sausages can be briefly laid out on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  7. Deep-fried fried ruddy sausages are ready.
  8. Bon appetit!
