Sausages in puff pastry with cheese and fried onions

  2. Take the puff pastry out of the fridge ahead of time to defrost.
  3. Peel off the onion.
  4. Sausages in puff pastry are cooked quite quickly, so it is better to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to 180 degrees.
  5. Onion cut into half rings.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Stirring, sauté the onion over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes, until translucent and light golden.

  14. Put the blanks on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  15. Bake the sausages in the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
  16. Then cool the finished sausages in the dough a little and serve.
