Sausages with cheese and bacon, in the oven

Sausages are cooked in literally 15 minutes, and instead of the oven, you can use the microwave, and the result is an even easier recipe.

Ingredients

• Sausages - 4 pcs.
• Hard cheese - 50 g
• Brisket (bacon), cut into thin slices - 100 g
• Rye bread, for serving - 4 slices
• Parsley greens, for serving - to taste

Directions

1. Cut the skin off the brisket.
2. Cheese cut into thin narrow strips.
3. Make slits on the sausages.
4. Fill in the cuts with cheese strips.
5. Wrap prepared sausages with cheese with thin slices of brisket.
6. Sausages with cheese and bacon and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
7. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees Celsius, for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
8. Before serving, transfer sausages with cheese and bacon to a dish with slices of bread and parsley.
