Sausages in sour cream sauce with horseradish are a great addition to any side dish or a savory snack.

  1. Clean the sausages from the packaging material.
  2. If you are using long sausages, cut each one into 3 pieces.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add flour. Fry over medium heat for a minute, stirring constantly, until browned.
  4. Add sour cream to the pan.
  5. Pour in the water and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
  7. Add horseradish, freshly ground pepper and salt to the resulting mixture.
  8. Mix the sauce thoroughly.
  9. Put sausages in this sauce.
  10. Cook sausages in sour cream sauce with horseradish for 2 minutes.
  11. Serve sausages in sour cream sauce as an addition to any side dish or as an appetizer (hot or cold).
