Scotch egg is a British dish. It is boiled eggs inside minced meat, fried in breadcrumbs. An excellent dish both for breakfast and for a festive table.

  1. Season the minced chicken with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning.
  2. Add parsley leaves.
  3. We take 50 g of minced chicken and form a cake. Put the boiled egg in the center and completely cover it with minced meat, forming a ball.
  4. Dredge balls in flour, dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Let them cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. In the heated oil, lay out the eggs in Scotch and deep-fry for 1.5-2 minutes over medium heat.
  7. We spread the golden balls on napkins to remove excess fat.
  8. Scotch eggs are ready.
