Shish kebab of champignons

On the grill you can cook a delicious champignon skewers in a sour cream marinade. This mushroom kebab can be served as an independent dish or together with meat kebab.

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. For mushroom skewers, choose large and dense mushrooms.
  3. Fresh herbs can be replaced with dried ones, such as a mixture of Italian herbs (1 teaspoon will suffice).
  4. Wash the mushrooms and wipe dry immediately.
  5. Put the mushrooms in a bowl. Add sour cream, salt and pepper mixture.
  6. Remove leaves from rosemary and thyme and add to mushrooms.
  7. Mix mushrooms with sour cream and spices well. Leave the mushrooms to marinate for 1-2 hours.
  8. Then thread the mushrooms onto skewers. Be careful, fresh champignons can crack and fall off the skewer.
  9. Put skewers with champignons on a grill with hot coals.
  10. Fry the mushrooms, periodically turning the skewers, for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Delicious champignon skewers are ready. When serving, you can offer ketchup or tomato sauce.
