Snack "Raffaello"

Appetizer "Raffaello" - a delicious and beautiful dish of eggs, cheese and garlic

Ingredients

• Cheese - 200 g
• Eggs - 4 pcs.
• Garlic - 3-4 cloves (20 g)
• Crab sticks - 1 pack (200 g)
• Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l. (100 g)
• Lettuce leaves (for serving)

Directions

1. Boil eggs hard boiled and grate on a fine grater.
2. Add cheese, grated on a fine grater.
3. Add garlic squeezed through a press and mayonnaise. Mix well.
4. From the prepared mass, roll up balls the size of a Raffaello candy and roll them in crab sticks previously grated on a fine grater.
5. Serve appetizer "Raffaello" on lettuce leaves.
