This cute bacon, cheese and bread appetizer is quick to make and delicious. The rolls look appetizing, they are juicy and satisfying.

  1. We prepare products for snack rolls from bacon, bread and cheese.
  2. We will need ready-made slicing of bacon into thin strips (8 pieces), the length of which is at least 25 cm. Toast bread (8 slices). As well as a package of processed cheese (8 plates).
  3. Processed cheese can be taken whole and cut on its own, after freezing it a little in the freezer. To do this, you need 1.5 processed cheese.
  4. Cut off the crusts from a piece of bread, and then roll it out with a rolling pin to make it thinner.
  5. Lay a slice of cheese on top of the bread.
  6. Roll the bread with cheese into a roll.
  7. Wrap the roll with a ribbon of bacon.
  8. Thus, we wrap all 8 rolls. We fasten the beginning and end of each snack roll with toothpicks.
  9. We spread the rolls on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry them on all sides until golden brown.
  10. It is not necessary to make too high a fire so that the bacon is fried evenly and does not burn.
  11. After the seams of the rolls have seized, the toothpicks can be pulled out.
  12. Bacon, bread and cheese snack rolls are ready. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
