Snack rolls with meat and avocado

These portioned snack rolls are made from tortillas or small pita breads. Meat, arugula, onion and avocado are wrapped in tortillas.

Ingredients

  1. Sprinkle the steaks on all sides with smoked paprika and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat, grease with vegetable oil. Place the steaks in the hot skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the pan from the stove and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix sour cream with horseradish. Spread half of this sauce over all four tortillas.
  4. Cut the steaks into strips across the grain and arrange on the tortillas. Put arugula, avocado and red onion on the meat, roll up the rolls, sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Serve diner rolls with remaining sauce.
