Vegetables and meat for these diner rolls are grilled and wrapped in tortillas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the steak in a large resealable plastic bag. Place the onion and bell pepper in another ziplock bag. In a small bowl, combine the chili, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt and black pepper and lightly beat with a fork. Pour 1 1/2 cups of the entire marinade into the bag of meat. Pour the rest of the marinade into the bag with vegetables. Seal the bags, shake well and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Remove the meat from the marinade and put it on the grill grate, fry for about 10 minutes on each side, until the desired degree of readiness.
  3. In the meantime, cut out two rectangles of foil, 30-45 cm in size. Put tortillas on one rectangle, and vegetables on the other, wrap these homemade bags well. Place the bags on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning once.
  4. Cut the steak into thin slices and arrange on tortillas. Next to the meat, also put vegetables and avocados, roll up. Serve diner rolls with sour cream (optional).
