Tomatoes with cheese - simply delicious, insanely tasty and fragrant dish! Stuffed tomatoes are prepared quickly and elementarily, practically from nothing. The filling consists of bread and cheese. A great combination of tomatoes, crispy topping and Italian herb flavor!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash tomatoes, dry, remove pulp. Lay cut side down on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Meanwhile, make the marinade. To do this, mix the mashed garlic, oil, salt and spices.
  3. Combine tomatoes and marinade in a bowl, mix gently.
  4. While the tomatoes are marinating, make the filling. Grate the cheese, turn the bread into crumbs in a blender. Mix.
  5. Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet and stuff with cheese and bread filling (do not tamp). Drizzle the remaining marinade over the tomatoes.
  6. Send to the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the stuffed tomatoes with herbs and let cool.
  8. Bon appetit!
