A very simple recipe for a great beer snack - spicy fried shrimp. It will come in handy on hot summer days. Prepares very quickly

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We take 0.5 kg of shrimp, defrost them by placing them in cold water for a couple of minutes.
  2. While the shrimp are defrosting, chop the garlic at the rate of 1 clove per 100 g of shrimp.
  3. Also chop a small bunch of dill.
  4. To serve, chop some parsley.
  5. Transfer the shrimp to a colander and let the water drain for a few minutes.
  6. We put the pan on the stove. We put butter on it and immediately add vegetable oil so that the butter does not burn.
  7. When the oil is melted, send the shrimp to the pan.
  8. There we add 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, a little soy sauce. Add hot sauce to taste (I use sriracha sauce). Also add garlic and dill.
  9. Mix everything in the pan. Fry the shrimp for a few minutes, stirring regularly.
  10. At the end of cooking, add the juice of half a lemon, freshly ground pepper, mix and remove from heat.
  11. Garnish the shrimp with chopped parsley and serve. Bon appetit!
