  2. Spread the nuts on a large baking sheet and spread in a single layer. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the nuts for about 15 minutes, stirring twice during this time. Allow the roasted nuts to cool, then pour the nuts into the beer into a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Nuts can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. In total, you get 12 servings of nuts for beer, 1/4 cup each.
