Simple and quick to prepare snack sticks made from puff pastry with bacon. The dough was rolled out, cut into strips, rolled up with fragrant bacon, baked in the oven until crunchy and delicious aromas. Everything is very simple!

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Take the puff pastry out of the freezer.
  3. Cut the bacon slices in half lengthwise to make narrower strips (I have 10 strips).
  4. Roll out the puff pastry a little, sprinkling the work surface with flour.
  5. Cut the dough into small rectangles so that they are almost the size of strips of bacon.
  6. Salt and pepper the dough a little.
  7. Lay a strip of bacon on each piece of puff pastry.
  8. We twist each piece of dough with bacon into a tourniquet and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. We leave for 20 minutes.
  9. In the meantime, turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees.
  10. Break the egg into a small bowl, shake with a fork. Lubricate the prepared sticks with a beaten egg.
  11. We send the baking sheet to the preheated oven, bake puff pastry sticks at a temperature of 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  12. We take out the baked sticks from the oven, let them cool slightly.
  13. Spiral puff pastry sticks with bacon are ready. Transfer them to a plate and serve.
