  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Clean sausages from the factory casing.
  3. Sift the flour (slightly less than a glass with a capacity of 200 ml).
  4. Soak wooden skewers in cold water to prevent them from catching fire when baking.
  5. Prepare the dough. To do this, slightly heat 75 ml of water (up to 36-38 degrees).
  6. Crumble yeast into warm water.
  7. Pour in vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
  8. Add salt and stir until dissolved.
  9. Add sifted flour.
  10. Stir the ingredients. Dust the table with flour and knead a soft, non-sticky dough on the table.
  11. Flour may need more or less, depending on its quality.
  12. Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil, lay out the dough and cover with a towel.
  13. Place the bowl of dough in a warm place for 40-60 minutes to rise.
  14. Dust the table with flour. Divide the risen dough into 7 parts (according to the number of sausages) and roll up.
  15. Meanwhile, pierce the sausages with skewers down the middle lengthwise.
  16. Starting at one end, cut the sausages at an angle in a spiral, reaching the skewer with the blade. Stretch the sausages on the skewers a little so that gaps appear between the turns of the spirals.
  17. Roll the dough onto a skewer, filling in the gaps in the spiral sausage. So prepare all the sausages with the dough.
  18. Then roll the sausages in the dough on the table, leveling.
  19. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. Place the sausages on a baking sheet and leave warm for 15 minutes.
  20. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
