Spring rolls are an Asian dish that is easy to prepare and very quick. You just need to lay out the filling and wrap in rice paper. Spring rolls with chicken and cheese can be prepared for a festive table or taken with you on a picnic.

  1. Finely chop the smoked chicken thigh.
  2. Then chop the boiled eggs.
  3. Remove 3 leaves of Chinese cabbage. Cut off the top of the sheets, you will need it for decoration.
  4. Then finely chop the Chinese cabbage leaves.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Mix all prepared ingredients in one container, add mayonnaise and salt.
  7. Mix carefully. The filling is ready.
  8. Pour some water into a separate bowl and soak a sheet of rice paper for 5 seconds. Then shake off excess moisture.
  9. Place rice paper on a dry cutting board. Put the filling closer to the edge from which you will start wrapping.
  10. Now you need to roll the spring roll, while turning the sides inward. Try to do everything very quickly, as rice paper soaks quickly and will be difficult to work with.
  11. Thus roll up all spring rolls with chicken and cheese. You can already eat them like this.
  12. If desired, spring rolls can be fried in a pan with heated vegetable oil.
