"Stars" of sausages and mashed potatoes

On a free day off, cook hot "stars" of sausages that are easy to bake in the oven.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the peeled potatoes until soft for 20-25 minutes. Drain the water.
  2. Mash potatoes and cool slightly.
  3. Crack in a chicken egg. Add salt, pepper to taste and mix.
  4. Chop the greens (dill and parsley) and add to the filling.
  5. Stir the stuffing and it's ready. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  6. Cut sausages into equal halves.
  7. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
  8. Make an incision, but not completely.
  9. Fasten with a toothpick and slightly open the sausage.
  10. Connect the sausages in the form of a star and put on a baking sheet.
  11. Put the potato filling in the middle.
  12. Spread the stuffing over the sausages. It will take about 1.5-2 tbsp. spoons for each "star".
  13. Sprinkle mashed potatoes with grated mozzarella sausages and put in the oven to bake.
  14. After 10-15 minutes, the "stars" are ready and browned.
  15. Serve mashed potatoes with sausages. Bon appetit!
