Buns stuffed with sausages, vegetables and cheese, baked in the oven, are an appetizer option that goes well with a cup of tea or coffee, as well as with a glass of cold beer. It turns out a mini-version of pizza - very tasty and appetizing. It is best to serve such stuffed buns to the table immediately after cooking, while the cheese stretches and the bun itself is crispy.

  1. You can use any buns, I used burger buns.
  2. Stuffed buns are cooked quite quickly, so it is best to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to 180 degrees.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  4. Cut sausages into semicircles.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan, add onions and sausages. Fry the ingredients for 4-5 minutes, stirring so as not to burn.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard.
  7. Rinse and dry the tomatoes, cut into strips.
  8. Rinse the cucumber and cut into cross strips.
  9. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  10. Cut off the tops of the buns, remove the crumb.
  11. Lubricate the buns inside with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard.
  12. Fill the buns with sausages and onions.
  13. Put tomatoes and cucumbers on top of sausages.
  14. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  15. Sprinkle with cheese.
  16. Bake the buns in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 15 minutes. Then take the finished buns out of the oven, cool slightly and serve.
