  3. Wash the bell peppers, cut the top not up to the end and clean out the seeds.

  5. Break the cheese into pieces in a deep bowl. Add egg, paprika and red pepper. Parsley and dill are washed, dried, finely chopped with a knife and sent to a bowl. Stir, kneading thoroughly with a fork or interrupt with an immersion blender
  6. If the cheese is not salty enough, then salt the filling a little.
  7. Fill the peppers with stuffing.
