An easy-to-prepare yet multi-tasting appetizer. The sweetness of pepper combined with the creamy taste of melted cheese, the slight sourness of tomatoes and the pleasant aroma of garlic is just the perfect combination.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Wash and dry vegetables.
  2. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. Free sweet pepper from the stalk, seeds and internal partitions.
  4. Cut the mozzarella into medium pieces.
  5. Peel the garlic and cut into thin strips.
  6. Cut the tomatoes into slices, put in a bowl and salt to taste. Stir.
  7. Stuff prepared sweet peppers with tomato, mozzarella, and garlic pieces. During the baking process, the cheese leaked out a little, so try to hide the cheese deeper when stuffing, and close the holes with tomato slices.
  8. Line a baking sheet or baking dish with baking paper, lay out the stuffed peppers and the remaining garlic. Cover the top with foil.
  9. Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  10. Then take out the form, remove the foil. Return the vegetables to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
  11. Baked sweet pepper stuffed with tomatoes and mozzarella is ready. Serve immediately.
  12. Bon appetit!
