Delicate, creamy appetizer with crab meat will not leave your guests indifferent.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  2. Pour flour and salt into a large bowl, mix, then add the butter and, kneading the butter with your hands, mix everything well (you should get a crumbly mass). Add about 4 tablespoons of cold water to this mass and knead a homogeneous dough (more water may be needed).
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a layer, cut out circles with a diameter of about 10 cm (the size depends on your molds). Put these circles in heat-resistant molds, pressing the dough inward. Poke holes all over the dough with a fork. Place the molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the dough molds from the refrigerator and place in a preheated oven, bake the tartlets for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Put the ricotta, onion, parmesan and mustard powder in a bowl, mix everything well. Then add eggs and yolk, mix well again.
  6. Put crab meat, parsley into a bowl with cheese mass, pour lemon juice, salt and black pepper, mix.
  7. Remove the tarts from the oven and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. Fill the tartlets with crab filling and put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve tartlets hot with salad leaves.
