Tartlets with boiled chicken fillet, boiled eggs and fried champignons with onions are a very tasty and satisfying snack. Chicken and mushroom tarts are perfect for any holiday table.

Ingredients

  1. Dip the chicken fillet in boiling salted water and boil until tender, about 20 minutes.
  2. Boil the eggs hard boiled (8-10 minutes after boiling), cool and cold water.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Finely chop the mushrooms.
  5. Preheat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil on it and fry the mushrooms and onions over low heat until lightly browned.
  6. Cool the boiled chicken fillet, cut as small as possible.
  7. Peel the boiled eggs, cut into small cubes.
  8. Put the chicken fillet, mushrooms with onions and eggs in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise.
  9. Thoroughly mix the filling for tartlets.
  10. Put a full tablespoon of filling in each tartlet.
  11. Garnish the chicken and mushroom tartlets with a leaf of fresh herbs and serve to the festive table.
