Tartlets with cream cheese, avocado and red fish

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Choose a ripe avocado, I have a Haas avocado - the fruit is soft, oily and has a more pronounced taste.
  3. Tartlets can be purchased ready-made or made independently from puff or shortcrust pastry, or from pita bread.
  4. Wash the avocado, cut in half, remove the pit.
  5. Cut the avocado into cubes right in the skin and scoop out the flesh into a plate with a spoon.
  6. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl of avocado. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  7. Add cream cheese to bowl with avocado. Mix again until creamy.
  8. Cream cheese and avocado has acquired a delicate green color and a uniform texture.
  9. Arrange the tarts on a platter with lettuce.
  10. Fill the tartlets with the prepared filling using a pastry syringe or a regular teaspoon.
  11. Cut red fish into very thin strips.
  12. Roll each strip of fish into a roll and stick into the cream in tartlets.
  13. It turned out orange-red "roses" on a green background.
  14. Cut the cucumber into small thin slices.
