Budget meatless bread cutlets are an incredibly simple and delicious dish. Take note of this unusual recipe - egg-bread patties are easy to prepare and turn out very tender.

  1. Boil two of the three eggs (about 8 minutes after boiling). Then cool the boiled eggs in cold water, peel and cut into arbitrary pieces.
  2. Cut the bread or just break it into pieces and soak in milk for a couple of minutes.
  3. Combine bread in a blender bowl (no need to squeeze, there will be little milk) and the remaining raw egg. Salt and pepper. A blender will facilitate the preparation of minced meat, but it is not necessary to use it - you can simply grind the soft mass thoroughly with a fork.
  4. Chopped boiled eggs can be added already to the beaten minced bread so that the egg pieces are visible in the cut of the finished cutlets. And to achieve a more uniform structure of cutlets, chopped boiled eggs should be added at this stage.
  5. It is good to beat the egg-bread minced meat until smooth.
  6. With your hands moistened with water, make tight cutlets. Pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl suitable for rolling.
  7. Bread cutlets in breadcrumbs.
  8. Melt the butter in a frying pan and put the egg-bread patties there.
  9. Fry the cutlets over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  10. Cutlets are obtained with a crispy crust. If you prefer less fried cutlets, cook them over low heat until golden brown.
  11. Delicious bread cutlets with boiled eggs are ready.
