Even an ordinary scrambled egg can be served so that it looks like from the cover of a cooking magazine!

  1. Prepare the items on the list.
  2. Remove the dough from the refrigerator in advance.
  3. Fried eggs in the dough are cooked very quickly, so it is better to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Roll out the pastry sheet lightly with a rolling pin and cut into quarters.
  5. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. On each square of dough, step back one centimeter from the edge and run a knife, without cutting through the dough, along all sides. Prick the middle with a fork.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  7. Without turning off the oven, remove the baking sheet with the dough squares. On each square, run a knife along the notches and lightly press the middle to make "cups".
  8. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and lay it out.
  9. Carefully break an egg into each, being careful not to break the yolk.
  10. Wash the tomato, cut into slices and spread along the edge around the yolk.
  11. Salt and pepper.
  12. Place the tray back in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the eggs are the desired doneness.
  13. Decorate the finished scrambled eggs on puff pastry with parsley leaves and serve.
