An unusual and very interesting appetizer that will appeal to lovers of all kinds of vegetable experiments is fried green tomatoes. In combination with fried eggs, you get a hearty, fragrant and tasty breakfast dish. Try to cook!

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices about 1 cm thick.
  2. Beat one egg with milk.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and black pepper.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan (leave 1 teaspoon for cooking scrambled eggs).
  5. Dip each tomato slice into the egg and milk mixture.
  6. And roll in flour.
  7. Fry the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  8. While the tomatoes are roasting, prepare the fried eggs. In a separate frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, add the remaining butter.
  9. Break two eggs into the pan. Salt (only protein, as white spots will remain on the yolk from salt). We fry the fried eggs until the protein is completely seized (the yolk should remain liquid).
  10. Serve fried eggs with fried green tomatoes.
