  2. Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips
  4. Cut mushrooms.
  5. Add butter to the pan with the onions.
  6. Then add chicken and mushrooms.
  7. Fry over high heat until fully cooked.
  8. Then add flour, reduce heat. While stirring, let the flour fry a little.
  9. Then add cream. Mix thoroughly, breaking up any lumps in the sauce.
  10. Add salt, nutmeg.
  11. Once the sauce thickens, you're almost done.
  12. Place julienne in a cocotte maker, top with grated cheese.
  13. Put the julienne with chicken and mushrooms in the oven at a temperature of 210 degrees for 5 minutes.
