Delicious and crispy lavash chips are prepared without harmful ingredients. Lavash chips can be given any taste and aroma using the spices you like.

Ingredients

  1. Mix sour cream with salt, dry herbs pepper.
  2. (Since the pita itself has a neutral flavor, the chips will take on the flavor of the spices used. You can also make your chips more or less salty.)
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Lavash lay out on a dry baking sheet. If the pita bread is large, like mine, cut it into 2 parts so that it fits on a baking sheet. Using a brush, brush the pita bread with a mixture of sour cream, salt and spices. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Right on the baking sheet, cut the pita bread with scissors, first into strips, then into rhombuses or triangles. Bake pita bread in the oven at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Once the chips have browned, they are ready. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, transfer the chips to a wire rack and cool. From two thin pita breads, a rather large amount of crispy and fragrant chips is obtained.
  7. Lavash chips are ready. Bon appetit.
