Clean the shrimp.
Defrost artichokes, cut. Mince the garlic.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 210 degrees.
Dry the shrimp with paper towels. Mix shrimp, artichokes, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Brush the pita bread with the remaining oil on both sides. Put pita bread on a baking sheet, bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until crispy and golden.
Crumble mozzarella on pita bread. Sprinkle pita bread with parmesan. Top with shrimp and artichokes. Bake 6-8 minutes.
