For lovers of lavash and various dishes from it, I offer a delicious snack. Lavash rolls with chicken, mushrooms and cheese are perfect as an addition to mushroom soup, they are also delicious as an independent dish.

  1. Prepare products. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry, together with onions.
  2. Finely chop the chicken and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Lavash leaf cut into 2 parts. We put chicken and mushrooms on one pita bread.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, you can also add sauces if you wish - dill, cheese or garlic.
  5. Roll the pita into a roll.
  6. Place the wrapped rolls in a baking dish, grease with mayonnaise or an egg on top.
  7. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the top crust is browned, for about 20-25 minutes. You can eat these rolls with a bowl of soup or as an independent dish. Bon appetit!
