The perfect breakfast in a hurry - envelopes with smoked sausage cheese and boiled eggs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Lavash is better to use rectangular, it is more convenient to cut it into squares.
  2. Pour the eggs with cold water and cook for about 8 minutes after boiling. Then cool by pouring cold water.
  3. Peel the cooled boiled eggs from the shell, cut into small cubes and send to a deep bowl.
  4. Chop the dill and also send it to the bowl with the eggs.
  5. Cut sausage cheese into small cubes and also place in a bowl. Stir.
  6. Lavash cut into squares or rectangles about 10-15 cm in size.
  7. Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling on a sheet of pita bread and wrap it with a roll or an envelope.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the lavash envelopes on both sides until golden brown. The fire should be minimal, otherwise a thin sheet of pita bread will quickly burn out, and the cheese will not melt.
  9. Put the finished envelopes on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  10. Fry the rest of the rolls in the same way. I got 6 in total.
  11. If you cut the stuffed pita roll immediately after frying, the cheese will be soft and stretchy. But even when cold, such an appetizer is also very tasty and juicy.
