A simple and tasty dish with a minimum of ingredients - thin pita bread with egg filling.

  9. Then turn the pita bread over and pour about 1 tbsp on top of it. a spoonful of salted water and carefully distribute with a spoon or culinary brush.
  10. Pour half of the egg mixture onto pita bread and also carefully distribute with a culinary brush or spoon.
  11. Fry for about 30 more seconds and flip again. Again, pour on pita bread about 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salted water.
  12. Turn the pita over and fry for about 30 seconds more.
  13. Carefully fold the pita bread in half and transfer to a plate.
  14. In the same way, fry the remaining pita bread with the filling.
